29 CFR 1926.100(a):  Employees were not protected by protective helmets while working in areas where there was a possible danger of head injury from impact, or from falling or flying objects, or from electrical shock and burns:      a) On October 4, 2018, employees were not wearing protective helmets where there was a possible danger of head injury.    Torres Brothers, LLC, was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.100(a), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1086890, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on November 17, 2015, with respect to a workplace located at 1170 E. Higgins Rd., Elk Grove Village, Illinois 60007.    No abatement certification or documentation is required for this item.
