Citation #1, Item #2, 29 CFR 1926.503(a)(1), abatement was due 01/08/2019.  29 CFR 1926.503(c)(1) requires certification that the abatement of the above violation is complete.

29 CFR 1903.19(d)(1): The employer must submit to the Agency, along with the information on abatement certification required by paragraph (c)(3) of this section, documents demonstrating that abatement is complete for each willful or repeat violation and for any serious violation for which the Agency indicates in the citation that such abatement documentation is required.  Citation #1, Item #1, 29 CFR 1926.501 (b) (13), abatement was due 01/08/2019.  29 CFR 1903.19(d)(1) requires certification and documentation that the abatement of the above violation is complete.

29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b):   Employees engaged in residential roofing activities from a 6:12 pitch roof were exposed to fall hazards of approximately 25 feet from the roof's eave to the ground below in that, employees were not using fall protection.

29 CFR 1926.503(a)(1): The employer did not provide a training program for each employee potentially exposed to fall hazards to enable each employee to recognize the hazards of falling and the procedures to be followed in order to minimize these hazards:  Employees engaged in residential roofing activities were not provided with fall protection training to understand the hazards associated with falls and the use of fall protection to minimize these hazards.
