29 CFR 1910.95(g)(5)(i): The employer did not establish, within 6 months of an employee's first exposure at or above the action level, a valid baseline audiogram against which subsequent audiograms can be compared: a) On or about 10/4/18 - Hydrostatic testing lines, employees working in production areas at a facility located at 521 Green Cove Road, Huntsville, AL, were exposed to sound level(s) exceeding 82.1 dBA, the adjusted action level for employees with extended work shifts. Baseline audiograms had not been established for employees within 6 months of exposure to noise.
