(b)  Employees operating the Shoda-3 CNC Wood Router were exposed to the point of operation created by the router head along with stuck by and crushed by hazards created by the table movement without adequate machine guarding.    (c)  Employees operating the Shoda-5 CNC Wood Router were exposed to the point of operation created by the router head along with struck by and crushed by hazards created by the table movement without adequate machine guarding.    (d)  Employees operating the Heian-3 CNC Wood Router were exposed to the point of operation created by the router head along with struck by and crushed by hazards created by the carriage movement without adequate machine guarding.    (e)  Employees operating the Brandt Optimat KD 77-C Edge Bander were exposed to point of operation of the banding cutter, ingoing nip points, and pinch points created by equipment movement and rollers without adequate machine guarding.  The interlocked barrier guard provided on the machine was disabled allowing the machine to be operated with the guard open.    (f)  Employees operating the Brandt Optimat KD-94 Edge Bander were exposed to the point of operation of the banding cutter, pinch points created by equipment movement, and ingoing nip points created by press rollers and a rotating chain and sprocket without adequate machine guarding.
