L.H. Krueger & Son, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1004988, citation number 01, item number 01 and was affirmed as a final order on February 25, 2018, with respect to a workplace location at 1543 Fox River Run, Mukwonago, WI 53149.

29 CFR 1926.1053(b)(1): Where (a) portable ladder(s) was/were used for access to an upper level landing surface and the ladder's length did not allow the ladder side rails to extend at least 3 feet (0.9 m) above the upper landing surface being accessed, the ladder was not secured at its top to a rigid support that will not deflect, and/or a grasping device was not provided to assist employees in mounting and dismounting the ladder. (a) The employer did not ensure employees were using a grasping device and ladder securement method when an extension ladder's height was limited.
