29 CFR 1926.501(b)(1): Each employee on a walking/working surface with an unprotected side or edge which was 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above a lower level was not protected from falling by the use of guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems:  On or about October 10, 2018, on the south exterior elevation of the Renaissance Financial Center located at 200 Indian River Drive in Fort Pierce, Florida, an employee was exposed to a fall of approximately 12 feet - 7 inches when performing caulking work from the roof of a commercial structure while not being protected from falling to the lower level.

29 CFR 1926.503(a)(1): The employer did not provide a training program for each employee potentially exposed to fall hazards to enable each employee to recognize the hazards of falling and the procedures to be followed in order to minimize these hazards:  On or about October 10, 2018, on the south exterior elevation of the Renaissance Financial Center located at 200 Indian River Drive in Fort Pierce, Florida, an employee performing caulking work from roof was not provided with training that would enable him to recognize the hazards of falling.

29 CFR 1910.1200(g)(8): The employer did not maintain in the workplace copies of the required safety data sheets for each hazardous chemical, and did not ensure that they were readily accessible during each work  shift to employees when they were in their work area(s):  On or about October 10, 2018, on the south exterior elevation of the Renaissance Financial Center located at 200 Indian River Drive in Fort Pierce, Florida, employees were using chemicals including but not limited to Sherwin Williams LOXON Polyurethane Sealant while the employer did not maintain the safety data sheets for those products at the worksite.
