29 CFR 1910.303(g)(1): Sufficient access and working space was not provided and maintained about all electric equipment (operating at 600 volts, nominal, or less to ground) to permit ready and safe operation and maintenance of such equipment: On or about 10/10/2018, Roto-Die Company, Inc., located at 800 Howerton Lane, Eureka, MO, in Room 307 along the East wall, various 110/230 volt electrical boxes/panel were blocked by the employers three Sump Suckers machines.
