Liberty Street, Mexico, Missouri, specifically the employee entrance, a flight of concrete stairs, seven risers high and approximately eight feet wide was not equipped with suitable handrails or stair rails. The stair rail on the left, open side as one approaches the entrance was adequate.  A handrail in the middle of the stair was missing as was a stair rail on the opposite, open side.
