29 CFR 1910.147(c)(7)(i)(A): Authorized employee(s) did not receive training in the recognition of applicable hazardous energy sources, the type and magnitude of the energy available in the workplace, and the methods and means necessary for energy isolation: a) Worksite: Employees were expected to perform cleaning, repair, and maintenance work on VG-4000 series rotary tablet press, powered by energy source. Authorized employees were provided with general lockout training that was not specific to utilizing energy control procedures as they applied to this equipment; on or about 10/10/18. Note: Abatement certification is required for this item in accordance with 29 CFR 1903.19.
