29 CFR 1910.134(f)(2): Employee(s) using a tight-fitting facepiece respirator were not annually fit tested: (a) City Motor Company: On or about October 10, 2018 and at times prior, employees were exposed to respiratory hazards in the form of solvent vapors/mists such as but not limited to N-propanol and Titanium dioxide while wearing tight-fitting facepiece respirators during spray operations without performance of an annual fit test.
