29 CFR 1910.107(e)(2): The quantity of flammable liquids or liquids with a flashpoint greater than 199.4 degrees F (93 degrees C) kept in the vicinity of spraying operations were not a minimum required for operations or they exceeded a supply for one day or one shift: a) City Motor Company, Inc., Paint Spray Booth: On or about March 3rd, 2026, and at times prior, employees were exposed to fire hazards while storing chemicals including, but not limited to; isopropyl alcohol (Flash point: 53.1 degrees Fahrenheit), Axalta 200 Silicone Remover (Flash point: 78.8 degrees Fahrenheit), AC Delco Glass Cleaner (Flash point: -9.4 degrees Fahrenheit) inside the paint booth.
