29 CFR 1910.303(g)(2)(ii): In locations where electric equipment is likely to be exposed to physical damage, enclosures or guards shall be so arranged and of such strength as to prevent such damage. a)On or about 10/16/2018 employees were exposed while conducting clean-up operations to a hazard of greater than 50 volts due to wires hanging out of an opening in a junction box located under each of the 18 Dempsey Rotary Dipping machines located throughout the facility in such locations as the Front building and Back building.
