Northwest Bank, various floors throughout the facility, on or about October 16th, 2018 and times prior thereto: Employees were exposed to dust particles generated during the cutting of dry wall onsite. Employee experienced health related symptoms due to exposure to the dust being generated. Training on the health hazards of dry wall dust had not been provided to employees onsite.

Northwest Bank, various floors throughout the facility, on or about October 16th, 2018 and times prior thereto: Employees were exposed to dust particles generated during the cutting of dry wall onsite. Employee experienced health related symptoms due to exposure to the dust being generated. The employer did not evaluate the workplace to determine employees exposure levels to dust during cutting operations of drywall onsite.
