29 CFR 1910.145(c)(3): Safety instruction signs were not used were there was a need for general instructions and suggestions relative to safety measures. (a) Location - 80 Grove Street, Watertown, MA On or about 10/14/18, an employee removed a guard from a panko grinder. The employee inserted his hand into the panko grinder and sustained a pinch injury on the teeth of the drum. The equipment did not possess a sign warning the employee about hand placement.
