29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net systems or personal fall arrest systems: On or about October 17, 2018, employees were observed working on the framework of a residential home without any form of fall protection. The employees were exposed to fall hazards greater than six feet to the ground below. Ascensio Framing was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard CFR 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1020098, citation number 01, item number 001 and was affirmed as a final order on April 24, 2015, with respect to a workplace located at 7008 Eagle Neck, El Paso, TX 79934.
