Ascencio Framing was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1354093, citation number 02, item number 001 and was affirmed as a final order on February 6, 2019, with respect to a workplace located at 238 Gonzalo Circle, El Paso, TX 79835.

29 CFR 1926.503(a)(1): The employer did not provide a training program for each employee potentially exposed to fall hazards to enable each employee to recognize the hazards of falling and the procedures to be followed in order to minimize these hazards. On or about October 26, 2021, employees engaged in residential construction operations were exposed to fall hazards in excess of 6-ft. due inadequacies in fall protection training. Ascencio Framing was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety 1926.503(c)(3), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1354093, citation number 02, Item number 001 and was affirmed as a final order on February 6, 2019, with respect to a workplace located at 238 Gonzalo Circle, El Paso, TX 79835.
