29 CFR 1910.134(c)(1): A written respiratory protection program that included the provisions in 29 CFR 1910.134(c)(1)(i) - (ix) with worksite specific procedures was not established and implemented for required respirator use: a) Montana Peterbilt: On or about October 18, 2018 and at times prior, employees were exposed to potential excess cardiopulmonary load while performing vehicle paint spray operations. The employer did not provide medical evaluations to employees required to use the respirators as required in 1910.134(c)(1)(ii). b) Montana Peterbilt: On or about October 18, 2018, and at times prior, employees were exposed to respiratory hazards while spraying paint (Axalta brand coatings) in various phases of vehicle paint operations. The employer did not provide fit testing procedures for tight-fitting respirators to employees required to use the respirators as required in 1910.134(c)(1)(iii).

29 CFR 1910.1200(e)(1): The employer did not develop, implement, and/or maintain at the workplace a written hazard communication program which describes how the criteria specified in 29 CFR 1910.1200(f), (g), and (h) will be met: (a) Montana Peterbilt: On or about October 18, 2018 and at times prior, employees were exposed to; sodium hydroxide (Malco Leather and Plastic Cleaner), and Propylene Glycol (Meguiars M40 Mirror Glaze) while using these chemicals in various phases of the vehicle detailing process. The employer failed to ensure that each container of hazardous chemicals in the workplace was labeled with the product identifier and words, pictures, symbols, or combination thereof, which provides at least general information regarding the hazards of the chemicals.
