29 CFR 1910.303(b)(1):  Electrical equipment was not free from recognized hazards that were likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees:      a) Jobsite, 780 Reservoir Road, Hollidaysburg, PA 16648:  Observed on or about October 16, 2018, employees were exposed to electrical hazards created by conduit that was broken off and disconnected from an electrical box located on the floor of the building near the unscrambler machine.  Conductors (220 volt) running through the conduit were exposed.        b) Jobsite, 780 Reservoir Road, Hollidaysburg, PA 16648:  Observed on or about October 16, 2018, employees were exposed to electrical hazards created by conduit that was broken off and disconnected from an electrical box located on the floor of the building near the unscrambler machine.  A conduit leading into a junction box with five missing knockouts was  broken off and separated from the junction box.           c) Jobsite, 780 Reservoir Road, Hollidaysburg, PA 16648:  Observed on or about October 16, 2018, employees were exposed to electrical hazards created by an electrical panel that was missing screws to secure the front cover to the frame of the panel.  An orange flexible cord ran through a gap between the front cover and the frame of the electrical panel.
