OSH ACT of 1970 Section (5)(a)(1): the employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which was free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees: On or about 10/22/2018 at or near Nash Lee & Five Forks Trickum Road, Lawrenceville, GA; employees were exposed to struck-by hazards in that, the Internal Traffic Control Plan (ITCP) was not implemented and communicated to all dump truck operators and all workers on site.
