29 CFR 1926.451(c)(2): Supported scaffold poles, legs, posts, frames, or uprights did not bear on base plates, mud sills or other adequate firm foundation: (a) 20 Wilderness Trail Hamburg PA, - Employees were observed working on an elevated Bennu Hydraulic Mast-Climbing Scaffolding Platform that was setting on the base plates in the mud without mud sills, thereby exposing employees to a scaffold deflection or collapse, on or about October 23, 2018. No abatement certification or documentation required.
