29 CFR 1926.503(a)(1): The employer did not provide a training program for each employee potentially exposed to fall hazards to enable each employee to recognize the hazards of falling and the procedures to be followed in order to minimize these hazards: a) On or about 10/25/2018 - 601 Pelham Road, Jacksonville, AL, Ayers and Daugette Halls, employees involved in roofing operations, either installation or removal while working at 30 feet above the ground on steep sloped systems, (6:12) and (14:12), were unaware of the hazards of falling.
