29 CFR 1926.502(f)(2)(i): The rope, wire, or chain was not flagged at no more than 6-foot intervals with high-visibility material: (a): Exterior Roof, North-West Side - Employees were exposed to fall hazards of approximately 20 feet while working on the commercial roof. The warning line system in use was flagged at approximate 10 foot intervals, on or about, October 26, 2018. There is no abatement certification or documentation required for this item.
