29 CFR 1910.305(g)(2)(iii): Flexible cords and cables were not connected to devices and fittings so that strain relief was provided that would prevent pull from being directly transmitted to joints or terminal screws: Service Building, South Bay Area: A 25 foot yellow extension cord did not have proper strain relief. The extension cord was plugged into a 120 volt outlet. This condition exposed employees to an electrical shock and burn hazard.
