OSH ACT of 1970 Section (5)(a)(1): The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees in that an employee was exposed to crushing hazards while operating a zero-turn lawn mower on a slope greater than 15 degrees: Location - 2180 Auburn Road, Turner Maine - On or about June 2, 2025, an employee sustained fatal crushing injuries when a RZ Pro Spartan zero-turn riding lawn mower?overturned while operating on a steep slope.
