29 CFR 1910.28(b)(1)(i): The employer did not ensure that each employee on a walking-working surface with an unprotected side or edge that was 4 feet (1.2 m) or more above a lower level was protected from falling by one or more of the following: On or about October 29, 2018, the milk receiving building dual milk bays #1 and #2 had an elevated platform walkway in use for access to the tops of milk delivery tankers. The elevated walkway was approximately 40 feet long and 12 feet above the lower level. The west side of the walkway had an open sided edge that was 20 inches wide with a fixed vertical ladder.
