The employer is failing to ensure that all employees are protected from hazards involving injury to the eyes when operating pneumatic nail gun. This event was most recently documented at a jobsite located at or about 16470 Vane Street, Bennington, Nebraska, 68007 on October 29, 2018. An employee was working on the roof of a new residential structure, operating a pneumatic nail gun without the use of an appropriate eye protection device.
