29 CFR 1926.652(a)(1): Each employee in an excavation was not protected from cave-ins by an adequate protective system designed in accordance with 29 CFR 1926.652(c). a.) Cherry Lane & Main Street, Oak Hill WV: On or about 10/30/18, an employee working in a trench excavation approximately 5' 10" in depth was not protected from cave-in. FAMC, Inc., was previously cited for a repeat violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.652(a)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1087358, Citation 01, Item Number 001 and was affirmed final order on 10/09/15, with respect to a workplace located at Route 60 West, between Smithers and London WV.
