The dust created consisted of steel dusts from band knives and dusts from the vitrified bonded abrasive wheels (AKA "stones") used in the sharpening process and was determined explosive by OSHA. The sharpening process created sparks and resulted in fires inside the vacuums, or about November 2, 2018.
