29 CFR 1910.303(b)(2): Listed or labeled electrical equipment was not used or installed in accordance with instructions included in the listing or labeling: (a) Peeler Machines: Vacuums that were intended for household use were used to collect dust created during the sharpening of the band knives at the peeler machines. The dust created consisted of steel dusts from band knives and dusts from the vitrified bonded abrasive wheels (AKA "stones") used in the sharpening process and was determined explosive by OSHA. The sharpening process created sparks and resulted in fires inside the vacuums, or about November 2, 2018.
