29 CFR 1910.1025(h)(2)(i): Floors and/or other surfaces where lead accumulates were cleaned by the use of compressed air: Magnolia Metal Corporation - 63859 730th Rd - Auburn, Nebraska 68305 - Babbitt Bearing Shop - Employer is failing to ensure that compressed air is not used to clean lead accumulations in the following instances: A) Machinist(s) use compressed air to clean out lead containing particles from the corners of CNC lathe machines. This hazard last occurred in September 2018. B) Machinist(s) use compressed air to blow lead containing particles from machined parts and equipment in the CNC lathe machines. This hazard last occurred on or about October 31, 2018.
