29 CFR 1910.303(b)(2): Listed or labeled electrical equipment was not used or installed in accordance with instructions included in the listing or labeling: (a) The employer did not ensure electrical equipment is used and installed in accordance with the listing or labeling instructions. This violation occurred on or about November 5, 2018; in the JBOBS Laser Cutting Area, a metal junction box designed to be installed inside of a wall was used to power the Powermatic planer machine, model 60C, serial #080960C0083. The Komplete Group, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1910.303(b)(2) which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1287162, citation number 1, item number 4 and was affirmed as a final order on 5/02/2018 with respect to a workplace located at 202 N. Great Southwest Pkwy., Grand Prairie, TX 75050.

29 CFR 1910.305(b)(1)(ii): Unused openings in boxes, cabinets, or fittings were not effectively closed: (a) The employer did not close unused openings on electrical equipment. This violation occurred on or about November 5, 2018; in the JBOBS Laser Cutting Area: a. A metal junction box used to provide power to HDX fan and KERD laser machine had openings at the knock-out. b. A metal junction box used to provide power to Powermatic planer machine had opening at the knock-out. The Komplete Group, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1910.305(b)(1)(ii) which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1287162, citation number 1, item number 5a and was affirmed as a final order on 5/02/2018, with respect to a workplace located at 202 N. Great Southwest Pkwy., Grand Prairie, TX 75050.
