29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b):  a) Rear Second Floor - An employee was installing a guardrail at an open sided floor and not protected from a 22 foot fall to the outside of the row house, on or about 11/08/2018  b) Rear First Floor - An employee was installing guardrail at an open sided floor and not protected from an 11 foot fall to the outside of the row house, on or about 11/08/2018.  ANA, LLC., was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1047616, citation number 1, item number 2, and was affirmed as a final order on 04/29/2015, with respect to a workplace located at 1353 Meridian Place, NW Washington DC.  In accordance with 29 CFR 1903.19(d), abatement certification is required for this violation (using the Certification of Corrective Action Worksheet).
