29 CFR 1926.501(b)(1): Each employee on a walking/working surface with an unprotected side or edge which was 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above a lower level was not protected from falling by the use of guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems.   a) 56 - 58 Elm Street (Residential)  a). On or about November 07, 2018 and at times prior thereto, subcontractor employees were accessing work areas using the roof surface of the adjacent building to cross over to the working surface of the balcony without fall protection, exposing the employees to fall hazards of 25 feet or more between both structures.  Violation Occurred on or about 11/07/2018  b). On or about November 09, 2018 and at times prior thereto, subcontractor employees performed masonry activities from an unguarded balcony throughout the worksite. Workers were exposed to fall hazards of 20 feet or more due the lack of fall protection.   Violation Occurred on or about 11/09/2018
