29 CFR 1910.1200(f)(6)(i): Except as provided in 29 CFR 1910.1200(f)(7) and 29 CFR 1910.1200(f)(8), the employer did not ensure that each container of hazardous chemicals in the workplace was labeled, tagged or marked with the information required by 29 CFR 1910.1200(f)(1)(i) through 29 CFR 1910.1200(f)(1)(v): (a) On or about November 6, 2018, and at times prior, the employer did not ensure that secondary chemical containers such as spray bottles, that contained chemicals such as but not limited to All Season Premium Windshield Washer Fluid, which is used to clean windshields and contains methanol which may cause skin irritation and damage to organs, were properly labeled with a hazard warning. 29 CFR 1910.303(g)(1): Sufficient access and working space was not provided and maintained about all electric equipment (operating at 600 volts, nominal, or less to ground) to permit ready and safe operation and maintenance of such equipment: (a) On or about November 6, 2018, and at times prior, the employer did maintain necessary access to electrical panels in order to provide access for emergency maintenance. Access to panels were blocked by oil drums and an air compressor. Leeds West, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1910.303, which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1098103, citation number 2, item number 3 and was affirmed as a final order on December 22, 2015 , with respect to a workplace located at 8151 Arapahoe Rd., Greenwood Village, CO 80112. Abatement Note: Abatement certification is required for this item (See Certification of Corrective Action Worksheet).
