29 CFR 1910.303(g)(1): Sufficient access and working space was not provided and maintained about all electric equipment (operating at 600 volts, nominal, or less to ground) to permit ready and safe operation and maintenance of such equipment:  (a) On or about November 6, 2018, and at times prior, the employer did maintain necessary access to electrical panels in order to provide access for emergency maintenance. Access to panels were blocked by oil drums and an air compressor.   Leeds West, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1910.303, which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1098103, citation number 2, item number 3 and was affirmed as a final order on December 22, 2015 , with respect to a workplace located at 8151 Arapahoe Rd., Greenwood Village, CO 80112.
