29 CFR 1926.405(b)(1): Unused openings in cabinets, boxes, and fittings were not effectively closed: a) At the east side of first floor, employees were exposed to electrical hazards from an electrical panel box with unused openings. Stoever-Parker Electric, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.405(b)(1), which was contained in OSHA Inspection 985122, citation number 1, Item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on July 30, 2014, with respect to a workplace located at 8233 N. Sam Houston Pkwy, E, Humble, TX 77396.
