29 CFR 1910.212(a)(3)(iii): Special hand tools for placing and removing material(s) was not provided to permit easy handling of material without the operator placing a hand in the danger zone: a. 1000 SKC Drive, Covington, GA (Production Area - Slitter Machines) - Employees were exposed to struck-by/caught-between hazard. The employer did not provide special hand tools for machine operators use. Employees were required using their hands to retrieve debris from the slitter machine tracks when in manual mode, exposing employees to caught-between hazard, in the event the directional button is activated, on or about 11/14/18.
