29 CFR 1910.1200(f)(6)(i): Except as provided in 29 CFR 1910.1200(f)(7) and 29 CFR 1910.1200(f)(8), the employer did not ensure that each container of hazardous chemicals in the workplace was labeled, tagged or marked with the information required by 29 CFR 1910.1200(f)(1)(i) through 29 CFR 1910.1200(f)(1)(v): a) On or about November 14, 2018, the employer failed to ensure that containers were properly labeled with the identity of the chemical. Two squirt bottles filled with oil used in the air filter packaging were not labeled properly.

29 CFR 1910.1200(g)(8): The employer did not ensure that Safety Data Sheets were readily accessible during each work shift to employees when they were in their work area(s): a) On or about November 14, 2018 the employer did not have safety data sheets readily accessible to all employees working in the facility. Employees working in the facility were exposed to glues and lubricants containing hazardous materials including but not limited to mineral oil and crotonaldehyde.
