29 CFR 1910.178(a)(6): The employer did not ensure that all nameplates and markings were in place: a.) On or about November 14, 2018, the CAT LP Forklift, was in use during a time in which the nameplate was not affixed to the lift and legible. Employees use forklifts inside the facility to move parts to different locations, including to and from storage locations and were exposed to hazards associated with overloading the lift.
