29 CFR 1926.651(b)(1): The estimated location of underground utility installations, such as sewer, telephone, fuel, electric, water lines, or any other underground installations that reasonably may be expected to be encountered during excavation work: At Sand Hills Pipeline MLV 11 Phase 3: On or about November 12, 2018, and at times prior thereto, employees were exposed to a fire hazard when workers utilizing a T1660 Mechanical Trencher cut into a pipeline crossing which had not been identified/located prior to the excavation.
