Note: This company was previously cited for a violation of this Occupational Safety and Health Standard or its equivalent standard which was contained in OSHA Inspection Number 119797, Citation 1, Item 1, and was affirmed as final order on November 25, 2016, with respect to a workplace located at 5981 Walt Hjelle Parkway in Fort Ransom, North Dakota.
