29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system: (a) On November 14, 2018, and at times prior employees were exposed to an approximate 16 foot fall hazard on a 4/12 pitch roof while installing shingles without the benefit of fall protection in vicinity of 54th Avenue & 38th Street in Fargo, North Dakota. Note: This company was previously cited for a violation of this Occupational Safety and Health Standard or its equivalent standard which was contained in OSHA Inspection Number 1330316, Citation 1, Item 1, and was affirmed as final order on August 24, 2018, with respect to a workplace located at 7380 17th Street South in Fargo, North Dakota.
