29 CFR 1910.212(a)(3)(ii): The point of operation of machines whose operation exposed an employee to injury was not guarded: A.) Richardson Tree & Landscaping Co., Inc., 102 Buckwalter Road, New Wilmington, PA 16142, on or about November 13, 2018 and times prior thereto: An employee was operating a Blockbuster Firewood Processor. The employee sustained a partial amputation of the left index finger. The splitting wedge area where the log was split was not guarded from the operator station position.
