29 CFR 1910.1200(h)(3)(ii): Employee training did not include the physical and health hazards of the chemicals in the work area: a.) Richardson Tree & Landscaping Co., Inc. - On or about November 15, 2018, and times prior thereto: employees worked with or around hazardous chemicals including, but not limited to, carbon monoxide and wood dust, during cutting, splitting, and chipping operations. The employer did not provide employees with information and training on the physical and health hazards of the hazardous substances to which they may be exposed.
