29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 a. On or about November 16, 2018, at the above addressed jobsite, employees performing residential roofing operations, thirteen (13) feet six (6) inches, above the ground, were not protected from falls, thereby exposing employees to fall hazards. SRL Roofing, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this Occupational Safety and Health Standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1329438, citation number 2, item number 2 and was affirmed as a final order on October 23, 2018, with respect to a workplace located at 5336 Lawn Ave., Western Springs, IL. SRL Roofing, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this Occupational Safety and Health Standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1219804, citation number 1, item number 2a and was affirmed as a final order on June 14, 2017, with respect to a workplace located at 8806 S.
