29 CFR 1926.102(a)(1): Eye and face protective equipment were not used when machines or operations presented potential eye or face injury from physical agents:  a)  At 12508 Squirrel Dr., Lot 86 Grace Magnolia, Spanish Fort, Alabama:  On or about November 16, 2018 and at times prior; the employer allowed his employees to operate pneumatic nail guns without eye protection exposing his employees to struck-by hazards.

29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b):   a)  At 12508 Squirrel Dr., Lot 86 Grace Magnolia, Spanish Fort, Alabama:  On or about November 16, 2018 and at times prior; the employer allowed his employees to perform framing activities from the top of trusses without fall protection exposing his employees to a fall hazard of up to 19.7 feet to the concrete floor below.    THE GASTON GONZALEZ DBA GASTON GONZALEZ WAS PREVIOUSLY CITED FOR A VIOLATION OF THIS OCCUPATIONAL SAFETY AND HEALTH STANDARD OR ITS EQUIVALENT STANDARD 29 CFR 1926.501(B)(13) WHICH WAS CONTAINED IN OSHA INSPECTION NUMBER 1268564, CITATION NUMBER 1, ITEM NUMBER 1, AND WAS AFFIRMED AS A FINAL ORDER ON NOVEMBER 13, 2017, WITH RESPECT TO A WORKPLACE LOCATED AT 12469 SQUIRREL DR., LOT 93 GRACE MAGNOLIA, SPANISH FORT, ALABAMA.
