29 CFR 1926.502(b)(1): Top edge height of top rails, or equivalent guardrail system members, were not 42 inches (1.1 m) plus or minus 3 inches (8 cm) above the walking/working level: a) Job site, 1150 Smallman Street, Pittsburgh, PA: On or about November 16, 2018, during roof repair activities, the employer did not ensure that an adequate guardrail system was in use along the edge of the roof in that the existing parapet wall determined to be approximately 30 inches in height.
