29 CFR 1910.176(b): Storage of material created a hazard:    Stock Room: Employees are exposed to struck by hazard from material stored on racks:    1) The first bays of the C rack and the E rack did not have protective devices at the far end to prevent a pallet or parts from being knocked off the racks.     2) Larger pallets protrude past the front edges of the narrow storage racks in to the aisle so that a fork truck could knock a pallet off a rack. 29 CFR 1910.212(a)(1): Types of guarding. One or more methods of machine guarding shall be provided to protect the operator and other employees in the machine area from hazards such as those created by point of operation, ingoing nip points, rotating parts, flying chips and sparks. Examples of guarding methods are-barrier guards, two-hand tripping devices,electronic safety devices, etc.:    Basket Dept.:    Employees are exposed to caught between and crushing hazards from top plate descending towards bottom plate.  The light curtain at the basket top and bottom assembly press was not installed to prevent the top plate from descending when the light beam is broken.  A worker's hand was caught between the top plate and the part when retrieving a drum cylinder.  The worker's hand was injured.
