Whirlpool Corporation, 4901 N. Main Street, Findlay, Ohio 45840, Central Supermarket Area 78, T3S/F49: On or about February 27, 2024, employees working in the area, selecting parts and/or walking through the identified warehouse area were exposed to struck by and crushed under hazards of collapsing storage rack systems with severe damage. This racking system was loaded with pallets of small plastic parts and powered industrial trucks were operating in or around the adjacent aisles.  b. Whirlpool Corporation, 4901 N. Main Street, Findlay, Ohio 45840, Central Supermarket Area 79, T45/F49: On or about February 27, 2024, employees working in the area , selecting parts or walking through the identified warehouse area were exposed to struck by and crushed under hazards of collapsing storage rack systems with severe damage. This racking system was loaded with pallets of small plastic parts and powered industrial trucks were operating in or around the adjacent aisles.  c. Whirlpool Corporation, 4901 N. Main Street, Findlay, Ohio 45840, Central Sequencing Area, Stainless CSA Aisle: On or about February 27, 2024, employees working in the area, unloading and loading parts in tilt machines or walking through the identified warehouse area were exposed to struck by and crushed under hazards of collapsing storage rack systems with severe damage. This racking system was loaded with pallets of corner posts and insulation and powered industrial trucks were operating in or around the adjacent aisles.
