29 CFR 1915.116(b): Loads were not safely rigged before being moved.  On or about 11-20-2018 and times prior thereto, located at Newport News Shipbuilding; 1000 48th Street Warehouse #91, Newport News, VA 23607, An employee was exposed to four (4) stacked 8' X 8' X 20' steel I-beams, unsecured, that fell while being hoisted/lifted by a HUBTEX Gas-powered four-directional sideloader combi-lift, striking the employee resulting in a broken left leg and an in-patient hospitalization.  Abatement certification required within 10 days after abatement date.  The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, date and method of abatement, and states employee(s) and their representatives were informed of this abatement.
