29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet or more above lower levels was not protected by a guardrail system, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, or an alternative fall protection measure that meets a provision described in paragraph (b) of this section. a) Jobsite: The employer did not ensure that employees conducting residential roofing operations on the third level of the building were protected by a fall protection system. This condition exposed employees to a fall hazards of approximately 30 feet to the ground below. This condition was observed on/about 30 OCT 2018.
