29 CFR 1926.451(c)(2): Supported scaffold poles, legs, posts, frames, and uprights were not borne on base plates and mud sills or other adequate firm foundation: a) On or about November 27, 2018, Unit 3, Floor 4, employees accessing a penthouse from a scaffold were exposed to an approximate 20 foot fall to the floor below and the employer did not ensure the supported scaffold was bore on base plates.
